David Stemen

Dave joined BND Commercial in April 2011. He began his real estate career in 2004, forming his own residential real estate company focused on property management and investment. Prior to 2004, Dave was an Account Executive with Lincoln National Risk Management and Computer Sciences Corp. An active community leader, he is involved in numerous organizations, including Emmanuel Community Church, The League for the Blind, and Charis House Rescue Ministries. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Dave attended Indiana Wesleyan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. In his spare time, he enjoys golf and other outdoor activities. He and his wife, Jennifer, also actively support the interests of their six children.
