David Steinbach

David’s career in commercial real estate spans three decades. He has spent his career advising office tenants on rent reviews, renewals, consolidations and expansions through to relocations on properties they lease or own. David came to JLL at the same time as the acquisition of The Staubach Company, in 2008. He currently is the Saint Louis market lead and heads up the tenant representation practice group. David wasn’t always in real estate. He worked as a consultant for three years after earning a finance degree from the Farmer School of Business at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He has carried those analytical skills and the ability to work numbers, breaking down critical financial issues to help exceed his clients’ goals. Most notably, he has developed an exceptional practice in the area of early lease restructuring.
