David Stein

David began his career over forty years ago in the commercial real-estate field mastering knowledge in leasing, site selection, land assemblage, development and brokerage. Real Estate brokerage is what intrigued him the most and he has spent the majority of his career in retail leasing representing local, regional and national tenants, landlords and developers. David has worked with some of the best in the industry and looks forward to building on is expertise and detail oriented approach to continue assisting all of his clients with their real estate needs. ? David is a past board member at Citizens Leadership Academy, and an active volunteer at Breakthrough Charter Schools network of Cleveland. He enjoys boating, yoga, pickleball, and eating out at the great variety of restaurants all around Cleveland.
