David Stecker

David Stecker is a Managing Director with Jones Lang LaSalle working on the Industrial Services Team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this capacity, Mr. Stecker provides real estate transaction representation to local and national industrial clients. Mr. Stecker has extensive experience in all facets of industrial brokerage including agency assignments, multi-tenant leasing, building sales, and tenant representation services. 17 years of Experience: Since entering the commercial real estate business in 2006 with CBRE, David has had a broad range of experience working with both landlords as well as end users. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, David spent four years with a boutique commercial real estate firm working for both industrial property owners as well as tenants completing multiple transactions. Education and affiliations: David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Dayton and holds a real estate license with the State of Ohio. David is a member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cleveland Bridge Board as well as the Chagrin Falls Alumni Association.
