David Squire

David Squire joined Newmark Knight Frank in 1990 and currently serves as an executive vice president and managing director in the firm's Portland office. Mr. Squire brings to his position more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience with specific expertise in tenant representation, large multi-building developments, corporate advisory services and office investment sales. For the past 10 years, he has been the leading office producer in Portland and among the top 100 nationally for the firm. To date, he has been responsible for the sale and leasing of more than 2.0 million square feet valued at over $345 million. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Squire worked for three years as regional director of leasing at Equitec Properties/Pacific Development. He was a leasing manager at Equitec Properties from 1985 to 1987.
