David Spillers has more than three decades of commercial real estate experience. Specializing in sales & leasing industrial and office property for institutional investors and corporate users, he has negotiated the completion of more than $2.5 billion and 8 million square feet (msf) worth of transactions. He has represented notable clients such as United Technologies, TechData, Sunbeam, Oster, Black & Decker and Kintetsu Worldwide. Prior to joining Avison Young, David served as Senior Vice President for Fairchild Partners. Prior to that, he was Vice President at Codina Realty Services where he was one of the lead brokers responsible for the marketing of Codina’s landmark properties including Beacon Centre (2.8 msf), Dolphin Commerce Center—formerly Beacon Tradeport—(3.5 msf) and Beacon Lakes (6.6 msf). In the past 12 months, David’s expertise and comprehensive knowledge in the industrial market allowed him to transact over $200 million in gross volume representing companies such as Bristol Group, Foundry Commercial, Shoma Group, Barton G and Sandals Resorts.
