David Sigmon, CCIM, SIOR

A fourth-generation commercial real estate broker, David focuses on the sale and leasing of general and medical office properties, as well as the disposition/acquisition of investment properties. Born and raised in Greenville, David has enjoyed watching his hometown grow over the years and loves putting his local knowledge of the area to work for his clients. Prior to joining the Pintail team, David was consistently a top producer at a local full service real estate firm where he spent 16 years. During his tenure there, he brokered over $300 million of commercial sales and leases. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing. David earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2012. In 2019, he added the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation (the leading global professional office and industrial real estate association). David is a graduate of Leadership Greenville Class 39 with the Greenville Chamber of Commerce. He has volunteered for several years with the United Way in multiple capacities, most recently as a Campaign Cabinet Member. He is the past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Caine Halter YMCA of Greenville and past member of the YMCA Metro Board. He is the current President of the CCIM South Carolina Chapter Board as well as a Committee Chair for the SIOR Carolinas Chapter. Outside of his career, David enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, outdoor cooking, and fishing down at the South Carolina coast.
