David Shirazi

David Shirazi specializes in strategic real estate consulting and tenant representation. His background in finance, coupled with his innovative and strategic approach, provides his clients with the insight and direction required for successful transactions. He serves clients in a variety of fields including financial institutions, high-tech companies, clean tech & renewable energy and professional services. David is also responsible for training new brokers within JLL’s Denver office and leads the Real Estate 101 and 102 classes on an annual basis. David is a graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. David is also a member of the Denver Active 20/30 Children’s Foundation where he has served as a director on the board for several years, and has recently been elected as President of the organization.
