He listens to his clients' wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is as fun, easy, and stress-free as he can make it. David calls the Pacific Northwest home, as it is where he grew up. As a licensed broker in Oregon, David covers the Portland Metro area down into the Willamette Valley. Prior to real estate, he worked in the financial planning sector for five years and then spent over thirteen years managing enterprise-level projects for the Oregon Public Employees Retirement System.
