David is responsible for national corporate services and regional landlord and tenant representation. David has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience. He has represented his clients in more than $600,000,000 in sales and leasing transactions. Tenant clients include: Washington Mutual, Virtela Communications, NEON (New Era of Networks), Adam Aircraft, Pacific Life, Motorola, QC Data, Forum Family Practice, Beacon Medical and Sybase. Corporate and landlord clients include: AmeriVest, Archon Group, Broe Companies, Chase Bank, Connecticut Mutual, Cornerstone Advisors, Greenwood Plaza Partners, Henderson Investment, MONY, Prudential Real Estate, RS Investment, SVN Equities, Teachers Insurance and Travelers Insurance. Prior to Transwestern, David worked for the Vantage Companies and Mile High Properties in Denver. David has been involved in the following professional organizations: CORENET Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). National Association of Realtors (NAR). Colorado Association of Realtors. University of Denver Alumni Association. David earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and his Master in Business Administration in marketing from the University of Denver.
