David Schleyer

Dave joined the Chinburg team in the winter of 2012. His first desk he sat at was a children's school desk with a broken leg that he fixed every morning to get the day going. Dave's responsibilities revolve around filling vacant commercial space within our mill portfolio. When given the chance, he enjoys helping tenants design their office layout that best suits their business's needs. He enjoys working with a variety of businesses, but particularly enjoys working with startups looking for a chance to succeed and grow. In his free time, Dave can be found tuna fishing or binge watching movies.
