David Scher
David A. Scher is a Senior Managing Director in the New York office of Lee & Associates.
David Scher graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a BA in Business in 1999. David A. Scher has more than a decade and a half of experience in the New York commercial real estate market. He has represented major global companies including Onward Kashiyama, J. Press, Town and Country Living, Money Management Institute, The Innocence Project, and The New York Foundling, along with foreign governments and organizations within the United States. Mr. Scher comes to Lee & Associates from Advisors Commercial Real Estate, where he was a managing director specializing in tenant advisory services. Prior to joining Advisors CRE, Mr. Scher spent 13 years at JGS Commercial Real Estate in New York where he and his team were consistently recognized as top producers, and was instrumental in growing JGS into one of New York City’s top boutique real estate firms.
