David Saltzman

Dave Saltzman is a Partner at Lee & Associates of New Jersey, with over 35 years of experience in the leasing & sale of industrial properties. Dave began in 1983 working as a broker, as well as becoming the managing partner of his family’s broad commercial real estate portfolio. Throughout his career he has acquired an extensive background in the development & disposition of industrial and commercial properties. At Lee & Associates, Dave focuses on properties throughout New Jersey, in addition to his exclusive representation of tenants he works with across the country, utilizing his network of brokers from within Lee & Associates’ offices, as well as outside the Lee network, when necessary. Dave built a 25+ year relationship with New Breed Logistics, representing them on multiple transactions nationwide. When New Breed was acquired by XPO Supply Chain Logistics in 2014, he continued on to represent XPO, and has now become a preferred vendor, completing multiple transactions totaling in excess of 8,000,000 SF on their behalf across the nation. Over the course of his career, Dave has worked with some of the nation’s largest institutional developers and landlords including ProLogis, Liberty Property Trust, Duke Realty, Hillwood Properties, Dermody Properties, Heller Industrial Parks and Clarion. On the tenant side, he represented national firms such as Bed Bath, & Beyond (on their acquisition of the headquarters in Union, NJ), Tile Shop, Mystic Logistics, Joshen Paper, and Geosyntec & Lightbridge Academy on multiple locations throughout NJ & PA.
