David Reid

David began his career in the construction industry in the late 1970s and obtained a general contractors license in 1985. Upon graduating with his bachelor’s degree in business in 1985, he made the logical transition to real estate investment, and in 1993 he obtained his real estate broker’s license. David’s focus has always been on real estate as an investment. He specializes in working with companies and institutions that want to invest in commercial property that will both build equity and provide stability to their organizations. He has worked with buyers and sellers throughout Southern California, as well as in Washington, Idaho, Colorado, and Texas. His personal approach and deep knowledge of commercial real estate make him invaluable to those looking for smart real estate investments.
