David Perez

David Perez is an Executive Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Orlando Industrial Brokerage Services team. David was hired by Cushman & Wakefield in April 2012, and has since worked to advance the team’s visibility, market share, overall productivity, as well as diversification of revenue sources. Since joining, in partnership with Jared Bonshire, David has been involved in transactions totaling over $1 billion, and continually strives to provide best-in-class service to customers both on a local and national level. In addition to his roles and responsibilities within C&W, David is the former President for the Warehousing Education and Research Council’s (WERC) Orlando Chapter, and has held multiple board positions with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) Central Florida Chapter. David earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida in 2010.
