David Palank

After a successful career in real estate development and asset management, Mr. Palank joined CBRE in 1994 to provide consultation and brokerage services to clients throughout suburban Maryland and the District. During his tenure at CBRE he has specialized in structuring transactions, which utilize current market conditions to creatively maximize the value available to his clients. Mr. Palank has 30-years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate, including brokerage development, construction, property management, and financial analysis. This multi faceted experience has permitted him to advise his clients on the many components of real estate transactions, which potentially could affect the value the client, is pursing. He has represented clients in over 10 million square feet of real estate transactions.
