Seasoned real estate agent David Oronoz’s experience in multifamily sales, capital markets, and underwriting has resulted in his selling over $800 million worth of apartment buildings throughout Southern California. David helps clients maximize their portfolios by using analytics blended with an advisory approach. He believes that offering his clients real-time data, informed by market expertise, best serves them when deciding to buy, sell, hold, or exchange. In his previous work as a commercial loan officer, David oversaw originating debt and structured finance transactions throughout the Western United States, closing more than $150 million in commercial real estate loans. He was also an underwriter for lending giant Freddie Mac Multifamily, where he was instrumental in more than $900 million in loan closings. David earned his bachelor’s degree in real estate from California State University, Fullerton, and his MBA from Loyola University Chicago. An Orange County native, he currently lives in Orange with his wife, two sons, and dog. In addition to spending time with family and friends, David enjoys traveling, exercising, and reading.
