David Noravian

David Noravian is a Principal and Founder of Beckett Capital. David has over seventeen years of disposition and acquisition experience in commercial real estate and has represented clients in over $6 billion of transactions ranging from institutional investors to private investors, families and individuals. Prior to founding Beckett Capital, David specialized in investment sales at CBRE (formerly Insignia/ESG) for 12 years. Prior to that David was an investment executive at DivcoWest where he was involved with acquisitions, dispositions and asset management for Divco’s office, R&D and retail properties throughout California. David received his B.A. (Phi Beta Kappa) from Stanford University and his PhD from Yale University. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, David lives in San Francisco with his wife and son.
