David Murphy
Principal of Brown's Wharf Properties
David is principal of Brown's Wharf Properties and is responsible for all functions of its properties management portfolio. David has over thirty years of experience in financial management, leasing, sales, and property management services. In 1982 David founded the DJ Murphy Company, a corporate finance consulting practice specializing in both debt financing for small and middle market companies and financing commercial real estate. David started his career in commercial banking with Arlington Trust Company and became a senior manager and director of the bank and its holding company. David has served on several boards of directors including the First & Ocean National Bank and Gloucester National Bank. He is a graduate of Boston College, a private pilot, and in his free time volunteers for Light Hawk and community organizations.
