David Munson, SIOR

A specialist in Industrial real estate David focuses on Landlord/Tenant and Buyer/Seller representation as well as investment properties in several submarkets in and around the Greater Houston Area. While at First Industrial, David was solely responsible for leasing a portfolio of over five million square feet of industrial space as well as managing the leasing department. While with Boyd Commercial David he completed numerous complex industrial, land, office and investment transactions with a combined value in excess of $300,000,000. David is a native Houstonian, where he attended Episcopal High School. David has also been inducted into the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors. In 2016 David was named as a finalist for Industrial Real Estate Broker of the Year by the Houston chapter of NAIOP. David, his wife Susan and their daughters Ruth and Eleanor live in the Galleria area of Houston where they have made their home for the last 10 years. In his spare time David enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf.

  David graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2003 with a Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance. David earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin in July 2012 while working full time at Boyd Commercial.
