David Mrachko

David Mrachko came to Hanna Commercial in December 2020 after spending the past 18 years in the real estate industry in Northeast Ohio. David started his career with Cushman & Wakefield in Chicago in 1993, and after earning his MBA from the University of Vermont went on to oversee leasing and marketing for two local development firms. Most recently he worked as a broker at CBRE specializing in office and retail leasing and sales. David’s areas of expertise include site selection, acquisition, leasing, disposition, and investment sales on behalf of office and retail occupiers and investors.
