David has over 35 years experience in commercial real estate and has completed transactions totaling 55 million square feet. Since 1985 David has been providing full service brokerage on behalf of his owner and user clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of R&D, manufacturing and warehouse facilities. David joined Colliers International in May of 1997. Prior to Colliers, David was with the Galbreath Company, Inc. where he was consistently a top performer.
