David Maenner

David focuses on the industrial and commercial real estate markets. He has been involved in the commercial real estate industry since 1981 when he began his career in Dallas, Texas as the Vice President of Harry B. Lucas Company. Over the past 30 years, he has been responsible for the sales and leasing of major industrial properties within a 150-mile radius of the Omaha area. David has been awarded assignments ranging in size from hundreds of thousands of square feet to general purpose facility transactions as small as 10,000 square feet.
