David Lucivero

David Lucivero joined Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services in January 2004 as a commercial real estate broker. His main concentration is in the retail and investment sales division of Hayes & Sherry Real Estate Services. Dave has represented several national and regional tenants for space and sites in Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut including JP Morgan Chase, CVS/Caremark, Verizon, Cumberland Farms, Corner Bakery Café, Bank RI, Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Shell, IHOP, HarborOne Bank, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Washington Trust and many others. Dave is a graduate and active alumnus of Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Finance. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Dave currently lives in Cranston, RI with his wife and two children.
