This set the stage for his explosive entry into the market. Starting at Homestead Realty, Livingston successfully navigated the acquisition of Bank-Owned (REO) and distressed properties for domestic and international investors, converting them into profitable long-term investments. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate and Urban Economics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) in December 2013, Livingston joined Cushman and Wakefield Commerce as their Research Specialist. In his research position he acquired a deep and thorough understanding of the intricacies surrounding the Las Vegas Market. By summer 2015, David transitioned to Sun Commercial Real Estate's Investment Services Group (ISG), where he developed his commercial brokerage skill set in commercial investment sales, owner-user sales, site selection, and leasing.
