A Vice President at Colliers, David Lin is based in Downtown Los Angeles, where he represents multifamily investors across the San Gabriel Valley, Inland Empire and North Orange County markets. Born and raised in Taiwan, David speaks Mandarin fluently and is instrumental in helping his clients bridge the gap between commercial real estate here in the U.S. and overseas investors seeking to place capital. David made his debut in the commercial real estate industry in 2014 with Marcus & Millichap’s Ontario office before joining Colliers in 2019. Prior to that, he worked as a fixed-income analyst for Union Bank in Downtown Los Angeles, before transitioning to serve as a mutual fund analyst for Wilshire Associates in Santa Monica, a fund with more than $130 billion in assets under management. Thereafter, David moved to San Diego to serve as a hedge fund analyst for Altegris Advisors.
