David Lide

Before getting into real estate in 1997, David spent several years in the restaurant business, where he discovered his passion for working with people. That passion led him to become one of the most respected names in commercial real estate in the Oklahoma City metro. In 2004, David joined his father and became a partner at Matrix Commercial Real Estate, which he co-owned and operated until 2015 when he joined the Equity Realty team. Throughout his career, David’s focus has been on providing exceptional customer service, cultivating relationships, and navigating a tumultuous business with ethics and kindness at the forefront. “I’d rather someone tell me I did things the right way. Sure, I could cut corners, and perhaps I would do some big deals that way, but that’s not who I am.
