David Leuthold

David Leuthold is the Director of Commercial Real Estate Services & Investment Sales for St. Charles Town Company. With over 23 years of commercial real estate experience, David has completed hundreds of transactions in transitioning neighborhoods throughout his career. He brings both a wealth of real estate knowledge and a passion for historical properties to the firm. Prior to joining St. Charles, David was principal and Vice President at Leuthold Commercial Properties, a boutique, family-owned commercial real estate company dedicated to providing profitable solutions to complicated real estate transactions. Having spent an early stint with St. Charles in 2003-2008, David is excited to rejoin the team and help propel the company forward. David earned a bachelor’s degree in history and psychology from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Colorado. He is a trustee and former board member of Historic Denver and a current board member of the Infinite Monkey Theorem Urban Winery. David’s portfolio includes a range of notable projects, including 3501 Blake St., Finn’s Manor cocktail bar and Westercamp’s Grocery–Globeville’s community market.
