David Lee

As Senior Vice President within the Gulf Coast region, David brings 30 years of agency leasing and development experience to the Transwestern team. David’s diverse experience includes the leasing of over 15 million square feet of suburban and downtown office buildings, development/redevelopment of multiple office facilities, property acquisitions/dispositions and corporate service assignments. David has completed approximately 1,500 office leases in his career. David was named a Top Producer for the Gulf Coast Region of Transwestern in 2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011-2015, a CoStar Power Broker in 2014 and was the recipient of the Houston Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” award in 2010, 2014 and 2015. In addition, David was awarded “Deal of the Year” by HOLBA in 2015. David has held senior leadership roles for several institutional owners of commercial real estate, including GenCap Partners, L.P., Senterra Development, Fidinam Investment Consulting and most recently as an officer of Prentiss Properties Trust.
