David Ledbetter

Since 1990, Bob has been involved directly in the development, redevelopment, acquisition, and disposition of over 3.7 million square feet of retail, medical, medical office, restaurant, and multi-family uses throughout Georgia, Tennessee, Florida, South Carolina, Indiana, and Virginia. Bob serves on the local board of directors of Citizens First Bank, a Synovus Bank (NYSE: SNV). He is a graduate of Leadership Georgia and a member of Rotary International and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). His volunteer service includes Darlington School, Culver Academy, and the Boys and Girls Club of NWGA. He is an elder of the First Presbyterian Church of Rome.
