David Knott

David Knott is a partner and founding Principal and Managing Partner of KD Commercial Real Estate, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently, he held positions as the Managing Director at NAI Merin Hunter Codman and was a Principal at a commercial real estate firm in Palm Beach Gardens. Prior to that, he specialized in commercial transactions and financial analysis for a publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) in Rockville, Maryland. He has been involved in countless numbers of sale and lease transactions with total consideration exceeding $750 million. He represents large institutional clients as well as individual private clients. Mr. Knott’s specialties include complex sale contract and lease negotiations, detailed financial analysis, site selection, seller and buyer representation, tenant and landlord representation, acquisitions and dispositions and property management.
