With over 30 years of industry experience, David brings a deep transactional background and broad product experience to the San Francisco team. He has executed land, office, retail, R&D, manufacturing, laboratory and industrial sales and leasing projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, nationally and internationally. David has a core competency in life science real estate through sale and lease transactions for Roche, Prothena, Boehringer Ingelheim, Shockware Medical and Apple. His background as a transactional real estate attorney provides clients with a unique depth of experience. David is a LEED Accredited Professional for Commercial Interiors (CI), a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors with a dual office and industrial designation and has a CoreNet Master of Corporate Real Estate certification. Prior to joining Lee & Associates – San Francisco, David was Senior Vice President Occupancy Advisory at Transwestern, Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, Senior Vice President at DTZ, and a Partner at Cassidy Turley BT Commercial, where he was a BT Commercial Top 25 Producer in 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007 and 2010. David was also the recipient of SIOR’s Largest R&D Lease for 2017 & 2018.
