David J. King has excelled in the Commercial Real Estate industry for the past thirty three years. His primary area of expertise is the leasing/sale of office, retail and medical properties. He has represented clients ranging from local small business owners to major corporations and everyone in between in over 30 major U.S. cities. He has worked with numerous financial, municipal and medical tenants as well as developers. He brings high energy, dedication and enthusiasm to every deal and project with which he becomes involved. David has completed all of the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) courses sponsored by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Council of the National Association of Realtors and plans on receiving his CCIM designation in 2018.
