David Jarand is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 30 years of experience specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and new development project leasing. As a Senior Vice President at Edge Realty Partners, David leverages his extensive expertise to deliver exceptional results for his clients. Previously, David was a Principal at Avison Young, where he played a key role in expanding the firm’s retail presence in Phoenix. Before his tenure at Avison Young, David was a partner at Strategic Retail Group, as well as Senior Vice President leading the Retail Division at Grubb & Ellis in Phoenix. Earlier in his career, he served as the designated broker for Silk & Stewart Development Group, overseeing operations and development projects. Throughout his career, David has and continues to work with leading shopping center owners such as Vestar, Westcor/Macerich, Pederson Group, Troon Companies, and DDR. His current tenant representation portfolio features renowned brands such as Harbor Freight Tools, SE Brands (Barre Method, Anytime Fitness), World of Sourdough, and other local retailers. During his time at Phoenix Commercial Advisors, earlier in his career, David represented many national retail tenants including Starbucks, Supercuts, Brinker, TGI Friday’s, Chico’s Fashions, and Blockbuster Video throughout Arizona.
