Before joining Pyramid, he served as Commercial Leasing & Marketing Manager for a leading regional real estate developer and operator of a diverse mix of retail, office and apartment buildings. Prior to that David worked for a regional bank where he was a Senior Officer responsible for managing the Bank's retail branch network and marketing department. David is a native of the Ithaca Area and a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Applied Economics & Business Management. He has a broad market focus on retail, office & industrial sales and leasing as well as business brokerage.
