David Howarth is the Vice President of The Pinza Group and has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker (BRE # 01360348) since 2003. David specializes in the sales of multifamily apartment buildings and retail investments and has established himself as one of the top Bay Area apartment brokers over the past 10 years. David graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1999 with a focus in Economics and Communications.
