David Howarth is a Senior Vice President at The Pinza Group and has been a licensed California Real Estate Broker since 2004. David specializes in the sales and acquisitions of multifamily apartments, land, and retail investments and has established himself as one of the top East Bay apartment brokers selling over 200 apartment buildings for The Pinza Group. David acts as a strategic advisor to his clients, providing exceptional market knowledge and industry insight leading to record sales across various markets. David’s clientele includes individual investors, private equity groups, and Bay Area technology companies. Since 2004 he has built an expansive network of developers, contractors, lenders, attorneys, and property managers to best equip his clients with the contacts they need to accomplish their investment goals. David is a 3rd generation real estate broker with extensive 1031 exchange and property management experience. David graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1999 with a focus in Economics and Communications. After graduation, David worked in software sales before becoming a real estate broker. He is married with two children and spends his free time traveling.
