David How

David How founded Fornine Realty in 2012 and is responsible for and actively involved in all aspects of Fornine’s activities including acquisitions and development, leasing, and property management. Prior to founding Fornine Realty, David worked in the San Francisco Bay Area for two institutional real estate companies (RREEF and CarrAmerica) working in acquisitions, leasing, and in both asset management and portfolio management roles. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University and resides on the Monterey Peninsula on California’s central coast.
