Born in Boston, raised in Vegas, and college-educated in Southern California, David Houle launched his real estate career upon returning to Las Vegas at the age of 25. In 2008, he joined one of the world's largest real estate firms and quickly made a significant impact by growing the company's sales volume by over $22 million within a year. While during the challenging era of the global economic recession, when Las Vegas was one of the most severely affected markets, many exited the industry. David, however, saw an opportunity and pivoted to selling distressed assets, building strong relationships with global hedge funds and investment groups who took advantage of lower real estate values at that time. Despite the challenges, David still managed to close around $16 million in transactions through the recession era, demonstrating his resilience and ability to thrive in a shifting landscape. In 2013, David joined Keller Williams and naturally gravitated towards capital markets within the commercial sector. Within that next year, he played a key role in developing and expanding the company's commercial division. His success continued to soar, and in 2021 alone, he closed over $13 million in transactional volume, establishing himself as one of the top commercial agents in the local market. With a reputation for connecting influential business leaders, high-net-worth buyers, and clients who own substantial real estate, David has also carved out a niche in aviation real estate as an affiliate with Aviation Property Network (APN). Recently appointed as Managing Director at the KW Hollywood Hills office, David continues to be a key player in the commercial real estate sector, where his extensive network and market knowledge make him an invaluable asset to anyone involved in the industry.
