David Horne

David Horne is an Executive Vice President in the Agency Leasing division of JLL, Atlanta, Georgia office. He provides strategic brokerage services to landlords and investors through property marketing and leasing, site selection and acquisition, and financial analysis and transaction negotiation services. A native Atlantan, Mr. Horne has over 15 years of leasing and development experience in Atlanta's commercial real estate industry and is an active member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors. Mr. Horne joined JLL in 2014. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Horne was responsible for the third-party leasing for Parkway Properties containing over 3 million square feet. He is a market leader in repositioning and leasing Class A and B assets throughout the metro Atlanta Area Mr. Horne's agency leasing experience has come in urban assets including 100 Peachtree, Peachtree Center, Ten 10th Street, Live Oak Square, Piedmont Center as well as suburban assets including Premier Plaza, 1117 Perimeter Center West, Perimeter Center East, Tucker Exchange and The Alpharetta Collection among others. His creativity in deal structure and property renovations has enable his clients to maximize asset value.
