David Horn

David Horn specializes in health care transaction management and oversees due diligence in acquisitions, development and sales of stabilized properties. Additionally, Horn has financial management responsibility for over 50 investment properties and oversees the property management function within OGA. He is also active in new business development and performs due diligence and research on new ventures and new venture partners. Horn earned a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University and is a licensed real estate broker in the State of Tennessee.
