David Hoffberg knew his career would be about numbers. After several years in public accounting, he knew the numbers could add up, but not to a career in accounting. Today his career is comprised of numbers like square feet, rental rates, clear height, and electrical service. With over 30 years of Commercial / Industrial real estate experience, David works with owners, users, tenants, developers, lenders, and investors in all aspects of commercial / industrial real estate. This includes buying, selling, leasing, subleasing, financing, investment, and sale-leaseback transactions. Foreclosure sales experience further distinguishes David from the competition. "Because of my accounting education and experience, I understand the importance and significance of the bottom line numbers to a real estate transaction. My objective, as a real estate professional, is to assist clients in making the most informed decision appropriate to their unique situation. I enjoy the challenge of working with entrepreneurial people. My business is as much about relationships as it is about making the deal." At least half of David's business is with repeat and referral clientele. David has developed key relationships with other real estate professionals whom he can call upon to serve his clients' needs. These professionals include contractors, architects, lenders, escrow officers, title companies, insurance providers, appraisers and attorneys who understand industrial real estate issues and solutions to those issues. Prior to joining Delphi Business Properties, Inc. David was with The McDonald Company, one of the San Fernando Valley's first commercial / industrial real estate brokerage firms. A number of years in residential real estate and public accounting experience preceded David's entry into commercial / industrial real estate. David attended California State University, Northridge, graduating with a degree in Business Accounting. Memberships in The American Industrial Real Estate Association, National Association of Realtors, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and Provisors are a continuous source of new and creative business solutions to assist clients in achieving their real estate goals. David is a native of Southern California and lives with his wife Nancy in Oak Park. Fly fishing, playing Bridge, and working with disabled Veterans through Project Healing Waters, Inc. are favorite pastimes.
