David Hill

David Hill has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience, with a focus the past two decades on office and industrial property investment sales. He has been involved in the sale of over $750 million in investment properties, representing over 6.5 million sq ft. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews, he was a top producer in the Capital Markets group at Newmark Knight Frank. He held the Appraisal Institute’s general designation from 1999 to 2004 and was a principal in the Portland office of PGP Valuation, the largest commercial real estate appraisal firm on the West Coast. Mr. Hill served on the board of directors of the NAIOP Oregon Chapter and was chapter president in 2000.
