With over 20 years’ experience in the real estate business, David serves as Advisor to First Real Estate Investment Trust, a publicly traded REIT, and is a key member of the Acquisitions and Development Due Diligence Team, responsible for existing lease analysis, new tenant marketing potential, and center repositioning.
