David Hanley

David Hanley is the Broker of Record for the Commercial Real Estate Services of PRC Commercial. He has approximately 34 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. His responsibilities include the sale, leasing, and tenant representation of commercial, investment, retail, office and industrial properties both locally and on a regional level. David Hanley has been with PRC Commercial since 1994. Prior to that he worked for Grubb & Ellis Company. He has been licensed in the real estate profession since 1990. He was awarded "Platinum" for top commercial agent in 1998 and 2000 by Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh through the Andron Epiphanon Fraternity Society of Excellence, and again in 1999, 2001, and 2002 with the "Gold" for Top Commercial Agent. Other notable awards given to David are The Distinguished Power Broker Award for the years of 2003, 2004, 2005, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017 from the CoStar Group. He earned his undergraduate degree from Geneva College. He and his wife Terri live in Indiana Township, an eastern suburb of Pittsburgh.
