David Grote

David Grote serves as Principal and is one of the partners in The Klabin Company. Specializing in Industrial and Office sales and leasing, he has completed well over 1,000 transactions over the course of his career. In addition to remaining one of the company’s top producing agents, David provides guidance to the younger team members at the firm, sharing market insight and knowledge to set them up for success. David is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR). He holds an MBA from the UCLA Andersen School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from UCLA. He and his wife reside in Manhattan Beach and they have three children.
