ABOUT

David Green is the Executive Managing Director of Retail Leasing at KSR. Since joining KSR in 2015, David has leased over 1,000,000 Square Feet of retail space in the New York Metropolitan Area. David has extensive experience representing both tenants and landlords in the retail sphere. On the tenant side, he has represented large national tenants like Dunkin Donuts, Key Foods, ABC Imaging, Cotton On, Boost Mobile, and Calzedonia and has assisted them in securing prime retail space. On the landlord side, David has assisted firms such as Ashkenazy Acquisitions, Icon Realty Management, The Moinian Group, NY REIT, Crown Acquisitions, Highgate Hotels, UAL, Klosed Properties, Rose Associates and the Parkoff Organization by securing large retail tenants for their New York properties. David completed a B.A. in Urban Studies from Hunter College. Coming from this background, he has a broader understanding of the New York real estate market and the nuances of its many neighborhoods, and he is able to draw on this perspective to provide superior insights to his clients. Most recently, Mr. Green represented Cotton On in their first ever NYC flagship at 512 Broadway. In 2022, David was awarded The Commercial Observer's 30 Under 30 for NYC leasing and sales. David was also awarded the highly coveted 2022 Costar Power Broker as well as the 2022 CREXI Platinum Broker.
