David Goldstein is a Senior Managing Director and head of JLL’s Northern Virginia Agency Leasing Group, a 14-person group focused solely on representing the interests of building owners. The Northern Virginia Agency Leasing Group currently services a portfolio of approximately 20 million square feet comprised of new construction, existing Class A & Class B properties, and office portfolio assignments. David specializes in providing clients with strategic planning, due diligence, and acquisition and disposition underwriting assistance. David has been providing advisory services to building owners since he joined JLL in 1996. During that time, David has advised clients in some of the most significant lease transactions in Old Town Alexandria, the Rosslyn/Ballston Corridor, Tysons, Fairfax Center, and the Dulles Toll Road.
