David Goldberg Joined Colliers in June of 2023 after spending three years as an Associate with Avison Young, where he was part of their dedicated Oakland team. An expert in both tenant and landlord representation, David has a proven track record of developing innovative, flexible solutions that allow his clients to intelligently manage their real estate portfolios while meeting operational demands. An Oakland native, he is a true market expert and possesses strong relationships with both institutional and private East Bay landlords, allowing him to deliver results uniquely tailored to meet his clients’ individual needs. In addition to national clients, David represents numerous tenants with roots in the East Bay, including nonprofits, technology companies and professional service firms. David’s background in sales and client relations informs his strategic approach to problem- solving and his commitment to exceptional customer service. His keen attention to detail and emphasis on communication and collaboration with his clients has led him to deliver effective solutions time and time again. A former collegiate lacrosse player, David can now be found on the golf course, or in Tahoe skiing and riding his mountain bike.
