David Goldberg

David is the founder of GoldStreet Partners and began his real estate career in 2000 as an office Tenant Representative for The Staubach Company. He transitioned to Newmark Knight Frank in 2002, serving as Director in their Chicago office. In October 2004, David founded their Miami office and was promoted to the position of Managing Director. In this role, he was responsible for providing consulting, leasing, acquisition, and disposition services to clients within the Florida region as well as nationwide. He has worked on behalf of major Landlord clients including Magellan Development, MAC Management, McHugh Construction, Kiferbaum Development, AKARA Partners, Geller Capital Partners, and Wanxiang Group. David is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Anthropology and a minor in Real Estate. He holds a real estate broker license in Illinois and Florida and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
